Held at the Doubletree hotel. Convention Rates are not listed yet but should be around $85 per night.

The Black Hole will definitely be there.
Special Note: We have very limited storage place. The Black Hole needs all the space it can get so please do not bring excess baggage to the room as we will have no place to store it.

Thursday Oct 1,3pm - We will be setting up the room for the decorations and the bar. If you can help out we would greatly appreciate it.

Friday Night Oct 2, is planned Klingon Sports night. This is the day and night to wear your sports jersey with your Klingon head piece. Soon after the bar opens, usually around 8pm, we will take ship's photos and group shot.

Saturday Night Oct 3,is planned as Klingon Night. This is the day and night to wear your Klingon uniform. Soon after the bar opens, usually around 8pm, we will start with ship photos once all members of a given ship are present. If this conflicts with the Masquerade then we will take the ship's photos right after that but hopefully before the Slave Auction.

Saturday Night Oct 3, Slave Auction. Is secluded to start 1/2 hour after the Masquerade ends or 10:30pm - which ever comes first.

Sunday Oct 4,12noon - We will be taking down the decorations, packing up the bar, and returning the room to it's original configuration. If you can help out we would greatly appreciate it. Later that evening we will still have the room so if you are staying at the con and need crash space we may have some.
