Day of Honor 12: Kor

All others must wear a Star Trek related Uniform or costume!

It has been decided that we are permanently moving the Day of Honor Celebration to the month of June.

The Day of Honor celebration will be from 7:30pm until 10:30pm or when they kick us out. Since we are having this event in June, the weather should be perfect for an outdoor event.

Just like in previous years, the cost to attend is either to bring an approved dish to share with others or pay $15 per person. Please send check or money order to Mike Wilson, PO Box 2332, Livermore CA  94551-2332.

If you wish to bring a dish instead of paying the $15 fee, you MUST contact HeKor our Feast Master to get his approval of your dish. His email address is; drlahman@comcast.net
Please note: Dishes will be accepted on a first come first served basis. HeKor must approve your food item.

In either case, whether you are paying or bringing a dish, you must RSVP by June 20, 2008. If you do not RSVP by this date and you show up at the door then the cost to enter is $45 per person.

Parking:  Is FREE even if you park in the garage. If you enter the garage and the parking garage gate arm is down you will have to take a parking tag BUT you do not need to get it validated. After 6pm both the exit gate arm and the entry gate arm is raised so you do not have to have a valid ticket to exit.

Eyes of Kahless awards and Day of Honor 12: Kor
At Day of Honor you are required to wear, on your uniform, any Eyes of Kahless awards you have earned. Over the years I have personally handed out these awards so most of you should have them. If you are not sure what you have earned, click the link Eyes of Kahless, find your name, it is alphabetical, and you will see what you have earned. If you need replacement then you can order them using the online form on the Eyes of Kahless page.
A nominal fee will be charged for shipping if you want them mailed to you.

Raffle: Again this year we will be having a Raffle in support of the Make-A-Wish foundation. If you have something you wish to donate an item for the Raffle please contact K'Loah. Her email address is comkloah@gmail.com
